Credit Repair Software Plans for Your Business

Compare Solo, Professional, Agency, and Enterprise / White Label. Review features and separate service costs, then choose the plan that fits your workflow.

Your day-to-day workflow

Follow one client from intake to the next response.

See where each task belongs, what your staff reviews, and what comes next.

  1. 1. Organize the client

Keep contact details, onboarding information, documents, and assigned work together.

  2. 2. Review the report

Import a supported report and compare extracted details with the original source.

  3. 3. Check potential issues

Review flagged information and supporting evidence before deciding to dispute it.

  4. 4. Prepare documents

Create letter drafts, check the facts and recipient, then approve the final document.

  5. 5. Track responses

Record correspondence and responses so staff can identify the next task.

  6. 6. Keep everyone informed

Use the client portal, staff training, and configured communication tools to support the workflow.

Credit report analysis and letter preparation

Turn reviewed report information into an organized next step.

Keep the original report, potential findings, supporting evidence, and document drafts connected. Your staff reviews the information before approving any action.

  • Detect
    Review potential credit-report issues

Review possible accuracy, collection, and reporting issues across supported bureau files. A flag is an observation to investigate, not a confirmed legal violation.

  • Score
    Prioritize findings for qualified review

Use available scores and case information to organize review. Scores and estimates do not establish liability, damages, or whether a case should be filed.

  • Generate
    Prepare letters from selected facts

Prepare dispute and follow-up drafts using selected findings and evidence. Check every factual statement, legal reference, recipient, and attachment before approving the branded PDF.

  • Cite
    Keep research and evidence together

Keep supporting material with the case. Legal references and timing calculations require qualified review for the facts and jurisdiction involved.

  • Mail
    Track correspondence and follow-up

Organize approved documents and response tracking. Mailing requires provider setup and separate charges. Verify receipt evidence and the applicable deadline before treating an item as overdue.

Client portal & learning

Give clients a clear place to follow their case.

Use the client portal to organize the information and documents clients are permitted to see. Available actions depend on your organization settings and their access.

View the original report

Scrollable paper copy of the imported Experian / Equifax / TransUnion file in a scriptless iframe — accounts, payment-history legend, hard vs soft inquiries, original PDF when vaulted. Viewing is not a dispute.

Collect supporting facts

Use structured questions and client attestations to document the issue. Review evidence before drafting. Never invent a dispute reason or assume the AI has verified a claim.

Explain the next step

Findings as observations until staff QA, next-best-action for the consumer, credit-event ledger (deleted vs corrected vs balance change), and utilization education without fake FICO promises.

Help clients understand credit

Consumer Rights hub (FCRA / CROA / TSR / FDCPA / identity theft), Credit Tutor (Alex Rivera), strategy mentors for staff, journey rituals, and document vault for every generated letter the client is allowed to see.

Manage client-service controls

Review cancellation and billing settings for your client-service model. Software controls support your process; they do not replace review of your agreements and applicable requirements.

Keep staff work organized

Bring client records, report review, document preparation, and configured integrations into the staff workspace. Access varies by role and plan.

Compliance posture

Stay in control of the decisions.

Smart FCRA does not promise deletions, score lifts, lending approval, or funding. It documents the file, the finding, the letter, and the clock. Headquarters: Tijeras, NM (Albuquerque metro). Service area: United States.

  • Facts before fight — dispute language must come from the report or the consumer’s attestation.
  • QA before mail — staff review findings; Metro 2 cross-bureau variance stays REVIEW/OBSERVATION until someone owns it.
  • CROA cancellation in-portal — not buried in a support ticket.
  • Review your billing obligations: software subscriptions and your fees to consumers are different. Configure your service workflow with qualified advice.

Questions before you buy

Straight answers for credit repair business owners.

Understand the workflow, the demo, the costs, and what your staff needs to review. Need help with your specific setup? Contact [email protected].

What is Smart FCRA?

Smart FCRA is web-based credit repair business software from RJ Business Solutions. It brings client records, credit report review, dispute-letter preparation, response tracking, a client portal, and staff training into one workspace.

Who is the software for?

It is designed for credit repair organization (CRO) owners and their employees, including virtual assistants with assigned permissions. It is business software, not a service that repairs a consumer's credit on its own.

What does a typical client workflow look like?

Add the client, complete onboarding, import a supported report, check the extracted information, review potential issues, prepare and approve documents, then record responses and follow-up tasks. Your staff remains responsible for reviewing the facts and deciding what action is appropriate.

Do I need to know how to code?

You do not need to write code to use the main staff interface. Start with the Training & Support area and guided walkthroughs. Connecting an outside provider can require that provider's account, credentials, permissions, and configuration.

Can I explore Smart FCRA before buying?

Yes. The interactive demo uses sample information and includes a full guided tour, a shorter highlights tour, written explanations, and optional browser narration. It does not send real messages, upload live client reports, or make changes to a paid organization.

Why does the demo ask for my business details?

Your name, business, address, email, and phone are collected for demo support and sales follow-up. The demo lasts eight hours and is restricted to its original browser and starting IP address. Changing networks or clearing cookies can block access. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Can several employees use the same demo?

The prospect demo is limited to one original browser and IP address, with duplicate checks for email and phone. It is not a shared staff account. Contact support to discuss an evaluation involving multiple employees or a shared office network.

What can I do with credit reports?

Staff can import supported credit report files and use the available report integrations, including MyFreeScoreNow where configured. Supported format and provider requirements matter. Always compare extracted account information with the original report before using it in a dispute.

Does uploading a report mean every detail is correct?

No. Scanned documents, missing pages, unusual layouts, and unclear text can affect extraction. Review personal information, account ownership, balances, dates, payment history, and bureau differences. Correct or escalate inconsistencies before preparing letters.

How does AI help prepare dispute letters?

The letter workflow uses selected findings and available client evidence to prepare drafts. Your staff must verify the facts, recipient, requested correction, supporting documents, and any legal references before approving a document. AI output is not a legal determination.

Does Smart FCRA guarantee deletions or higher credit scores?

No. The software does not guarantee deletion of accurate information, score increases, credit approval, funding, or legal outcomes. A flagged item is a prompt for review, not proof of a legal violation.

What can clients see in their portal?

Depending on their organization's configuration and access, clients can view available documents, provide information, review their case, and use learning resources. Staff controls the permitted workflow. The CRO training area is intended for operators and staff.

How do I train employees and virtual assistants?

Use Training & Support and the in-app guidance to explain each task. Assign permissions appropriate to the person's role, practice with sample information, and require review before sensitive actions. Do not share administrator credentials.

Can I use my business branding?

Organization branding is available in the software. White-label and multiple-organization features depend on the selected plan. Review the Enterprise / White Label offering and confirm your branding and domain requirements before purchasing.

What are the monthly software prices?

The listed monthly plans are Solo at $197, Professional at $397, Agency at $697, and Enterprise / White Label at $1,497. Review the plan details and the final checkout total before paying. These are software subscription prices, not consumer credit-repair service fees.

Are outside services and usage charges included?

Do not assume every outside service is included in the subscription. Mailing and postage are billed separately. Credit monitoring, messaging, AI usage, and other providers may have separate charges, account requirements, or usage limits. Confirm the costs for your intended workflow before subscribing.

Does buying a plan automatically connect my integrations?

No. An integration may require credentials, a location or account ID, provider permissions, and a successful connection test. A listed connector is not proof that your particular account is connected. Check the Integration Hub and test the workflow before using it with clients.

Can I connect GoHighLevel?

Smart FCRA includes GoHighLevel integration routes and organization-level configuration. Setup requires the appropriate GHL token and location ID or a supported connection method. Verify the intended subaccount, field mapping, consent handling, and sync result before enabling your live workflow.

Can I use contracts, signatures, email, and SMS?

The software contains document and communication workflows. Availability depends on your plan, organization settings, provider setup, and applicable permissions. Complete a consented test of delivery, signing, and storage before relying on a workflow for real clients.

Can I move from another credit repair system?

Review the data you can export from your current system and the import formats supported in Smart FCRA. Start with a small sample, check field mapping and duplicates, and reconcile the results before moving a larger client list. Do not assume a one-click migration is available for every provider.

How should I choose a plan?

Start with the tasks and integrations your business needs. Solo is presented for independent operators, Professional for growing teams, Agency for established operations needing broader workflows and API access, and Enterprise / White Label for multiple-brand needs. Confirm any staff, client, usage, or domain limits before checkout.

Where do I get help or ask about billing?

Use Training & Support inside the app or email [email protected]. Include the page, the steps you took, and the error message, but do not email passwords, full Social Security numbers, or complete credit reports. Review the terms and your subscription details for cancellation and refund conditions.
